Digital products

Velocodix sells only digital products (license keys delivered by email). By their nature, digital products cannot be returned once delivered.

No refunds are given after the code has been delivered, unless:

• The code does not work and the problem cannot be solved by our technical support
• The purchased product is clearly different from its description

Technical problems? Contact us first

If you have trouble with activation, write to info@velocodix.it with your order number and vehicle model. We reply within 24 business hours and solve most problems through technical support.

Lost code

If you have lost your code, contact us with your order number. We will resend it at no extra cost.

Incompatible purchase

Always check compatibility before buying. If in doubt, contact us in advance — we're happy to help you choose the right product.
