  • Payment data: processed securely by the payment providers (Stripe, Klarna, Shop Pay). Velocodix does not store credit card data directly.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, via technical and analytics cookies

Purposes of processing

The data is used to:

  • Process and deliver orders (sending the digital code by email)
  • Provide after-sales technical support
  • Improve the website and services (aggregated analytics data)
  • Comply with legal obligations

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for analytics data, on the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
